Why work with me.
I found Human Design when I was trying to find myself.
At the end of a 25-year relationship, I found myself at a major turning point in my life.
I had a simple question that turned out to be anything but simple:
Who am I now?
Human Design had been floating around the edges of my world for some time, and eventually curiosity got the better of me. I had my chart created and began exploring what it had to say.
For the first time in a long time, I felt seen.
There were parts of myself I had questioned for years that suddenly made sense. The way I worked. The way I made decisions. My need for space and energy. The way I learned through experience. Even some of the things I had thought I needed to change about myself looked different when I saw them through the lens of my design.
But I didn't want to simply read my chart and accept everything it told me.
I wanted to test it.
So that's what I've been doing ever since—experimenting with my design in my work, relationships and everyday life and noticing what happens when I trust what feels natural rather than automatically doing what I think I should do.
The result hasn't been a completely new me.
Quite the opposite.
I feel more like myself.
I understand my strengths more clearly. I'm more discerning about where I put my energy. I trust my decisions more. I've become more comfortable with changing direction when something no longer feels right. And I've created more room for the things that bring me joy.
Now I help others do the same.
My approach to Human Design is practical, curious and grounded.
I'm not here to tell you who you are or how you should live your life.
I'll help you understand what your design suggests about the way you naturally operate—and then we'll explore what that means for you.
Your career. Your relationships. Your energy. Your decisions. Your leadership. Or perhaps simply that feeling that something in your life isn't quite fitting anymore.
Before Human Design, I spent more than a decade working in technology and SaaS, leading teams, implementing complex systems and helping people navigate change. My path eventually led me into coaching and then Human Design.
It's an unusual combination, but one that makes a lot of sense to me now.
I've always been curious about people, patterns and possibility—seeing what's there, simplifying the complicated and helping someone see something they may not have been able to see for themselves.
Human Design has simply given me another way to do that.
You don't need to become someone else.
Sometimes you just need the opportunity to recognise more of who you already are.
See yourself differently. Live more like you.
TESTIMONIAL:
"I recently had a Human Design reading with Nicole Wallace, and it was such an insightful and expansive experience. What I loved most was that it wasn’t about becoming someone different, it was about gaining a deeper understanding of who I already am, how I naturally function, and how I can work with myself rather than against myself. There were so many moments that gave me a new perspective on my own journey. As an Emotional Generator, understanding my emotional waves and the importance of giving myself time before making significant decisions was particularly powerful. It also helped me see that the lower points of an emotional wave aren’t necessarily something to fix or change, they are simply part of my natural rhythm and will pass. That alone has changed the way I approach both life and work. Nicole went far beyond the surface. She explored my Human Design across mental, emotional and physical layers, and the depth of the reading was quite profound. At the same time, she explained everything in a way that felt practical and applicable to everyday life. Nicole is incredibly knowledgeable, generous with her time and creates such a safe, supportive space. There was never any sense of being rushed; she genuinely made space for my questions, reflections and what I wanted to explore. I came away feeling that I had been given a roadmap back to myself, greater clarity around who I am, how I make decisions, where my strengths lie and how I can create a life that feels more aligned with the way I am naturally designed to operate. The comprehensive presentation Nicole provided afterwards was also incredibly valuable and something I know I will continue returning to it at different stages of my life. Whether you are looking for greater clarity in your career, relationships, work-life balance, decision-making or simply want to understand yourself on a much deeper level, I can wholeheartedly recommend a Human Design reading with Nicole. It is an incredibly worthwhile investment in understanding yourself and how you can live and work in a way that feels truly aligned."
